摘  要:以春石斛兰无菌幼苗茎段为外植体,分别研究了愈伤组织的诱导、分化、生根培养基配方.结果表明,愈伤诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+2.4-D 0.8 mg/L;愈伤分化率最高的培养基为MS+NAA1.2mg/L+KT1.5 mg/L,不定芽生根培养基为1/2MS或者MS+NAA0.5 mg/L.Taking stem segments from seeding of Dendrobium nobile lindl eucalypts as explants,study on culture medium of callus induction,differentiation and rooting was done in our experiment.The result showed that the culture medium of callus induction was MS culture medium containing 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.8 mg/L 2.4-D.Using MS culture medium containing 1.2 mg/L NAA and KT 1.5 mg/L,differentiation rate of callus was the maximum.Culture medium for rooting of adventitious bud was 1/2 MS culture medium or MS culture medium containing 0.5 mg/L NAA.
