摘 要:目的评价某自备热电厂职业病危害控制效果。方法通过现场卫生学调查,检测该作业场所职业病危害因素浓度(或强度),分析其职业病危害控制效果。结果检测物理及化学有害因素共15种,其中粉尘检测点位40个,合格点位25个,合格率62.5%;检测化学毒物11种,涉及36个点位,检测合格率100%;噪声检测涉及53个点位,检测合格率86.79%;工频电场及电焊弧光检测合格率均为100%。结论粉尘和噪声是该电厂的主要职业病危害因素,且危害程度十分严重,应通过工程改造技术,采取有效的职业病危害防护措施加以控制。Objective Evaluation ofoccupational hazards a self-provided thermal control effect . Methods Through the field test for the hygienic survey, workplaces, the occupational-disease-inductive factors concentration (or intensity), analyzes its occupational-disease-inductive control effect.Results Detection of physical and chemical harmful factors 15 species, including dust detection point 40, eligible point 25, percent of pass 62.5%; Detection 11 kinds of toxic chemical, involving 36 points, detection qualified rate 100%; Noise testing involves 53 points, detection rate 86.79%; Frequency electric field and welding arc detection are 100% pass rate. Conclusion Dust and noise are the main occupational hazards in plants, and the degree of harm is very serious and should be modified by engineering technology, to take effective protective measures to control occupational hazards.
