肠内营养乳剂在老年重症患者肠内营养支持中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养乳剂(TPF-D)对老年重症患者的应用价值。方法 30例老年重症患者应用肠内营养乳剂营养支持治疗1月,分别在营养支持前后测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、体重等营养指标及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值等细胞免疫指标,肝肾功能、血糖等指标。结果肠内营养支持治疗1月后患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、体重等营养指标升高,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值等细胞免疫指标改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝肾功能、血糖等指标未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论早期、合理的肠内营养支持治疗能改善老年重症患者的营养状况及免疫功能,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and importance of the application of enteral nutrition emulsion （TPF-D） in critical ill elder patients. Methods Thirty critical ill elder patients were selected. Enteral nutrition support was maintained for 1 month. Serum total albumin, albumin, prealbumin, hemoglobin, body weight, CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ and CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ , the liver and renal function and blood glucose were measured before and after nutrition support. Results Atter 1-month nutrition support, the levels of seram total albumin, albumin, prealbumin, body weight, CD 3 ^＋ , CD 4 ^＋ and CD 4 ^＋/CD 8 ^＋ were elevated （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, the liver and renal function and blood glucose changes had no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion Early and efficient enteral nutrition in critical ill elder patients can improve the nutrition, immune function and recovery.
