滋肾柔肝、清化瘀毒法为主辨治肾病合并乙型肝炎

摘　　要：结合慢性肾病合并乙型肝炎 3例医案诊治经过 ,介绍滋肾柔肝、清化瘀毒法临证运用的体会。认为临床应用时应从肝肾同源、正虚邪实及其湿热瘀毒互结、内伏的角度 ,掌握正虚与邪实、肝肾阴虚与脾肾阳虚以及湿、热、毒、瘀的主次与兼夹 ,才有助于提高疗效。This article presents the authors realization of applying nourishing kidney and liver,eliminating blood stasis and poison method to treat 3 cases with chronic nephrosis plus hepatitis B.He held that,in clinical practice,kidney and liver coming from the same origin,deficient health qi and excessive evil qi,and the combination and retention of wetness heat with stagnant blood and poison should be considered;differenciating deficient health qi and excessive evil qi,yin deficiency of liver and kidney and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the primary and secondary aspects of pathogenic wetness,heat,poison and bloodstasis and their accompany helps to improve the curative effects.
