摘　　要：由于随机订单的出现,企业生产中往往出现库存量过大、库存成本过高的情况。因此,首先提出一种改进的经济批量(Economic Order Quantity,EOQ)法随机库存预警模型,将该模型与传统的ABC分类法相结合,分别进行物料参数、采购点和采购量的设定。该预警模型在上海某电器企业进行了实际应用,为企业制定合理的采购提供了参考,取得了较好的效果。Because of the random orders,the enterprises frequently faced the situation of superabundant stocks and high excessive inventory cost.Therefore,first puts forward a modified Economic Order Quantity（EOQ） random inventory pre-alarm model,then combines this model with the traditional ABC classification method to setup the material parameter,purchase point and purchase quantity.This pre-alarm model applied in some Shanghai electrical enterprise,provided reference for the enterprise setting down a reasonable purchasing,and made more effective.
