摘 要:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)油封具有摩擦阻力小、耐磨损和耐高温等优点,但缺乏柔韧性和抗蠕变性。如何解决密封材料的弹性问题,是攻克PTFE油封国产化的关键。采用不同的烧结工艺,研究其对聚四氟乙烯油封回复性和跟随性的影响,通过油封径向力测试仪的测量可知,采用340℃水冷工艺制造的PTFE油封,其径向力小于由340℃风冷工艺和一般烧结法制造的两种PTFE油封,但唇口回复率最大且径向力衰减最慢,能提高与旋转轴的跟随性,减小泄漏率。在发动机的实验台架上检验油封的装配质量和耐久性。采用340℃水冷工艺的PTFE油封在整个实验期间未出现任何渗漏现象,磨损程度在技术要求的范围内,能满足发动机强化实验要求。PTFE oil seal had the features of small frictional resistance,abrasion and high temperature resisting,but was lack of flexibility and creep-resistance.That how to increase elasticity of seal material is the key of domestic production for PTFE oil seal.To study recoverability and following behaviors of oil seal,different sintering processes were applied.Radial force tester showed that the radial force of oil seal which was used water cooling process at the temperature of 340℃ was less than those which were used wind cooling process at the same temperature and general sintering process,but it had maximum recovery ratio and the minimum force-decreasing,which could improve following behaviors with rotation axis and decrease leakage.Assembly quality and durability of oil seal were tested on engine bench.Results show that during the period of experiment,leakage of PTFE oil seal manufactured by water cooling process at the temperature of 340℃ doesn' t appear and wear degree is within the allowable range.It' s proved that it can meet the requirement of engine strengthen experiment.
