摘 要:为了解珠三角地区猪群中猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)的流行变异情况,从2008年-2010年珠三角地区疑似PMWS病死猪组织中分离获得PCV-2流行毒株,用间接免疫荧光方法进行检测和用PCR方法对这些毒株进行全基因扩增及测序分析。结果显示,在接毒细胞内观察到了特异性免疫荧光,8株PCV-2分离株与GenBank中的其他PCV-2基因组同源性在91.2%~99.8%之间,毒株间同源性在94.2%~99.8%之间。In order to get the message of the epidemiology and sequence variation of the porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2),strains of PCV-2 were isolated from the died pigs associated with post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PWMS) in Pearl River Delta area.The PCV-2 nucleic acid fragments were detected from the infected PK-15 cell and the complete genome of eight PCV-2 isolates were amplified and sequenced.The results indicated the specific PCV-2 antigen were shown through immunofluorescence in the infected cytoplasm and the eight isolates shared 91.2%-99.8% nucleotide homology with other strains,94.2%~99.8% nucleotide homology among the isolates.
