摘  要:为了解北京地区鸡源沙门菌血清型的分布、耐药性以及基因型情况,利用Riboprinter全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定仪对分离到的沙门菌进行血清型鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感性测定,应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行基因分型。结果显示,共分离到15株肠炎沙门菌、1株鼠伤寒沙门菌,沙门菌对利福平、萘啶酸和多黏菌素E的耐药率较高,15株肠炎沙门菌中有14株的基因型为A型,1株为B型。本次分离的鸡源沙门菌以肠炎沙门菌为主,A型为优势基因型。To investigate the serotype,drug resistance and genotype of Salmonella isolated from avian in Beijing area,the serotypes of Salmonella strains were identified by Riboprinter automatic microbiological assay and their drug sensitivity were determined by microdilution broth method,and the genotypes were determined by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).The result indicated that 15 S.enteritidis and 1 S.typhimurium strains were isolated.The Salmonella strains showed high rate of drug resistance to rifampin,nalidixic acid and polymyxin E.14 of 15 S.enteritidis strains were A genotype,and the remaining one was B genotype.Most of the avian Salmonella were S.enteritidis and A genotype was the dominant genotype.
