人参叶口服液对大鼠的亚慢性毒性试验

摘　　要：将Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,3个剂量组(以人参皂苷计)分别按40、80、160 mg/kg体重给大鼠灌胃,对照组给予同体积生理盐水,1次/d,连续28 d,记录大鼠毒副反应。停药后继续观察14 d,测试大鼠体重、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、脏器指数。结果表明,各剂量组大鼠与对照组比较,给药期与恢复期的体重增长,血液学指标、血清生化指标、脏器指数均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,人参叶口服液连续给药28 d,大鼠未出现无不良反应,停药14 d后亦未出现迟发性不良反应。The Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,the three experimental groups were given ginseng leaf oral liquid in doses of 40,80,160 mg/kg by gastric lavage for 28 days and were observed after stopping administration for 14 days.The control group was given the same amount of normal saline.The body weight,indexes of hematology and blood bio-chemistry,weight coefficients of organs were observed.Results showed that the body weight,indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry,weight coefficients of organs were not significantly different from that in the control group（P0.05）.Results confirmed that rats had no adverse reaction after being given ginseng leaf oral liquid for 28 days,and had no delayed adverse reaction in 14 days＇recovery.
