摘　　要：全面系统地研究了近30年来我国林业利用国际金融组织贷款项目管理的发展历程。坚持以林业发展总体战略和优先领域为导向,充分发掘外资项目的附加价值,注重调整项目贷款结构,切实把项目成效实现方式转变到主要依靠科技支撑和人员技能培训的轨道上。可为林业发展提供参考和借鉴。The paper is a comprehensive and systemic study of the project management development course of forestry in using international finance corporation loan during the past 30 years in China,which provides reference to promote the transition of China forestry from extensive to intensive,and for development of modern forestry,construction of ecological civilization,promotion of the scientific development and the ＂Double Growth＂ target of forestry.
