林下经济建设项目可持续性评价研究——以贵州省桐梓县为例

摘　　要：贵州省桐梓县林下经济建设项目可持续性受到许多因素影响。文章采用二元对比法和专家打分法,将同层中影响因素两两进行比较,构建影响因素权重评判矩阵。运用关联树法对影响因素进行系统分析,归纳提炼出影响林下经济建设项目可持续性影响因素。财政投资、群众经济承受力等是影响桐梓县林下经济建设项目可持续性的关键因素。提出了建立林下经济产业发展保障机制、加强工程资金管理和产业模式创新是构建林下经济建设项目可持续的支撑体系的4个环节。The sustainability of Under-forestry economy construction project in tongzi county is affected by many factors.The evaluation matrix of influencing factor weight can be constructed through comprising the influencing factors in pair in the same layer by adopting the duality comparison and expert grading methods.The real factors influencing the sustainability of under-forestry economy construction project can be concluded by using relevance tree method to analyze the influencing factor system.Financial investment and people＇s economic capacity etc.are crucial factors in Under-forestry economy construction project.China＇s collective forest tenure system reform,establishing under-forestry economy industry development mechanism,enhancing engineering fund management,and industrial model innovation are the four key factors to constructing the supporting system of under-forestry economy construction project.
