摘  要:目的研究川芎嗪在甘油中的挥逸行为。方法采用经典恒温加速试验法,利用HPLC测定川芎嗪的含量变化,根据Arrhenius指数定律计算川芎嗪在甘油中的保留期。结果川芎嗪的挥逸行为为一级过程,室温(25℃)时的反应速度常数K25=0.003745,保留期t0.9=28.1473h。结论敞口放置下川芎嗪的保留期短,仅为28.1473h,说明川芎嗪在甘油中的保留情况不理想,但甘油能够改善川芎嗪的溶解状况,可以作为川芎嗪口服溶液的溶媒介质。OBJECTIVE Retention behavior study of tetramethylpyrazine in glycerin.METHODS Using classical constant temperature acceleration method,tetramethylpyrazine was determined by HPLC and retention period was calculated on base of Arrhenius.RESULTS Retention behavior accorded to the first grade reaction.Reaction rate constant(K) and retention period under room temperature(25℃) were K25=0.003745 and t0.9=28.1473h,respectively.CONCLUSION Retention period of tetramethylpyrazine in glycerin under open condition was not ideal,which was very short,only 2.6539h.But glycerin could be solvent of oral solution of tetramethylpyrazine,because its solubility can be improved by glycerin.
