胆乐胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胆乐胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选择60例慢性胆囊炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组采用胆乐胶囊治疗,对照组采用西医抗感染治疗,比较两组治疗临床疗效。结果治疗组30例,治愈23例,好转5例,无效2例;对照组治愈13例,好转12例,无效5例;临床疗效治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.9458,P=0.0310)。结论运用胆乐胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎收到了很好的效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the treatment of chronic cholecystitis biliary capsule the clinical efficacy.METHODS 60 cases of chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group used Biliary capsules treatment,control group treated with Western anti-infection,the clinical efficacy of the treatment were compared.RESULTS Treatment group,30 cases were cured in 23 cases,5 cases improved,2 cases;control group,13 patients were cured,12 cases improved,5 cases were ineffective;the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=6.9458,P=0.0310）.CONCLUSION The use of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis biliary capsules received very good results.
