扶他林乳胶剂电导入治疗早期骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究扶他林乳胶剂(VE)电离子导入治疗早期膝骨性关节炎(KOA)临床疗效。方法自2004年1到2007年8月,对102例早期膝骨性关节炎,分两组:A组54例,应用VE电离子导入治疗早期膝骨性关节炎,每日1次×5次/1周×3为一疗程。有关节液者先抽出再导入VE。B组48例,设对照组,口服布洛芬缓释胶囊0.3g早晚各1次×3周,为一疗程。两组治疗后同期行正规膝功能锻炼治疗,并对照研究,同时经t检验,采用LyshoIm膝关节疼痛及功能评分评定。结果经1.5～3个月(平均2.5个月)随访及各指标观察。治疗后按LyshoIm总评分,关节疼痛评分,运动(下蹲)评分。两组之间治疗后LyshoIm评分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 A组的VE电离子导入治疗早期KOA的疼痛、肿胀、恢复肢体运动功能,疗效优于B组。是一种安全、无创及治疗有效方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficiency on Votalin emulgel（VE） of electronic to quide in to osteoarthritic knee（KOA） joint on early stage.METHODS From January 2004 to August 2007,102 patients were KOA joint enrolled and study into divided two groups randomizedlly.Group A（54 cases）was treated by the Votalin emulge of electronic to quide in to osteoarthritic knee joint.It was 5 times/W.×3,one course of treatment.Group B（48 cases）took some Ibuprofen sustained release capsules 0.3g×2 times/d.×3 W.one course of treatment.It was compred.Two Groups were Pair t test and Lysholm test was used as the statistics.RESULTS The follow-up ranged from 1.5 months to 3 months（mean：2.5 months）.There were significant difference：total Lysholm grade,pain and crouch grads of knee joint improvement.To observe the release improvement Between two groups were significant difference（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Group A in treated the Votalin emulgel of electronic to quide in to KOA joint on early stage has ideal clinical effects medication,It was pain、crouch and recovery limbs function,satisfactory results than Group B.no complication、safety and noninvasive.It is a good effective therapy methods.
