摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务,也是构建和谐社会的重要一环.结合长期村庄规划建设的工作经验,探讨皖南地区农村的风貌特征,提出皖南地区村庄建设规划的基本原则、途径与策略,从而推动皖南地区新农村建设取得实效.Building socialist new rural area is the significant historic task in the course of our nation＇s modernization construction and the important step to construct the harmonious society.By use of the working experience in village plan and construction for a long time,the paper discusses the characteristics of rural area in southern Anhui and puts forward the basic principle,method and strategy of village construction plan of southern Anhui in hope that it can push forward the new rural area construction in southern Anhui to gain the real achievements.
