摘 要:在保证气缸润滑效果的前提下,为了降低气缸耗油率、减少有害排放物,针对某型船用柴油机传统机械式注油器存在的缺陷,加装了一套新型电控气缸注油润滑系统.该系统采用步进电机控制和驱动改装设计后的柴油机Bosch燃油喷射泵,可实现精确定时、定量和变频注油.为此,进行了循环注油量、定时和注油率控制的配机标定试验.结果表明:注油集中在活塞环带上,保证了缸套润滑效果;注油频率随负荷、燃油含硫量及缸套磨合状态等参数调节,使气缸润滑油耗率比机械式注油器降低30%以上.On the basis of the cylinder lubricating effect,in order to reduce oil consumption within the cylinder and harmful emissions,defects of the traditional mechanical lubricator for a certain type of marine diesel engine were analyzed.A new type of electric cylinder lubrication system was also retrofitted.This system used the stepper motor to control and drive the Bosch diesel fuel injection pump,which had been redesigned.Additionally,precise timing was achieved,and the supply and frequency control were fixed.To this end,calibration tests conducted matching oil delivery per cycle per cylinder,timing,and specific oil consumption.From the experiments,the following conclusions were drawn: the cylinder oil injection concentrates in the piston curl,which has guaranteed the cylinder jacket lubrication effect;the oil injection frequency can be adjusted with varying load parameters,fuel sulphur content,wear in cylinder jacket conditions,and so on,causing the cylinder oil consumption rate to decrease more than 30% compared with the mechanical lubricator.
