摘 要:为了解决人体步态运动描述方法问题,以健康男性青年为对象,对人在行走过程中髋关节在矢状面内的旋转运动进行了实验研究.绘制了实验数据曲线,提出了采用扩展广义Sigmoid型函数的方法对其进行定量的模型化描述.通过相关分析得出身高和行走速度对髋关节运动都有显著性影响,其中行走速度与幅值正相关,身高与幅值负相关,并将模型进行了扩展.最后通过实验验证了该模型可以被用于描述健康男性青年正常行走时的髋关节运动特征,在康复医疗、体育科学等领域具有一定的科学意义.In order to solve the problem of the description method for the human gait motion,using healthy young men as objects,the hip rotation in the sagittal plane during human walking was studied experimentally.The experimental data curves were plotted.A method using the extended generalized sigmoid function was proposed in order to quantitatively describe the hip rotation based on a mathematical model.As the result of correlation analysis,the height and walking speed were shown to have a significant impact on the movement of the hip joint.Walking speed and amplitude were related positively,height and amplitude were related negatively,and the model was extended.Finally,it was proven by various experiments that the model can be used to describe the hip joint motion feature for healthy young men during normal walking.The findings have some scientific significance in rehabilitation medicine,sports science,and other fields.
