摘　　要：选用基质固相萃取技术,采用正交优化设计试验,研究野菊花中天然活性成分蒙花苷提取的最佳工艺。在四氟芯层析柱中加入硅胶氧化铝野菊花花序粉,用正己烷-乙酸乙酯-丙酮的溶液组合进行极性洗脱,并采用高效液相色谱法测定蒙花苷的含量。结果表明,野菊花花序中蒙花苷的最佳工艺条件为萃取时间1.5 h,萃取温度为30℃,洗脱剂体积比为1∶2∶3。Orthogonal design was used to optimize the technique of extracting linarin from wild chrysanthemum by matrix solid-phase extraction method.The operation process was adding Silica Gel-Alumina-Pollen into the PTFE core firstly,then polarity eluting with solution combination of hexane-ethyl acetate-acetone,and finally determining the linarin content by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.The results showed that the optimum condition of extracting linarin from chrysanthemum inflorescence was extracting 1.5 h at 30℃ with an elution solution ratio of 1∶2∶3.
