地市级农产品质量安全监管效果评价研究

摘　　要：对196个地级市的农产品质量安全监管情况进行问卷调查,选取3类23个指标作为中国地市级监管情况的原始评价指标。采用多变量统计因子分析方法,说明各因素如何影响监管效果,通过质和量两方面分析对我国农产品质量安全监管情况形成一个客观而综合的认识。最后针对监管工作中显现的问题,提出相应的政策建议。Questionnaires on the quality and safety of agricultural products were conducted in 196 cities,3 class 23 indexes was selected as the original evaluation indexes of Chinese municipal supervision.Multivariate statistics method of factor analysis was utilized to explain how the factors influenced the effect of supervision;and both qualitative and quantitative analysis was absorbed to obtain an objective and comprehensive understanding about the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products in China.Finally,according to the problems appearing in the supervisory work,the corresponding policies and recommendations were put forward.
