兔病毒性出血症、巴氏杆菌病二联蜂胶灭活苗的研制

摘　　要：用兔出血症毒（RHDV）和巴氏杆菌研制成蜂胶佐剂灭活苗,用1.0mL免疫试验兔,免疫后第5天,对RHDV保护率达100%;免疫后第7天对巴氏杆菌的保护率为72.5%,通过HI法监测兔病毒性出血症抗体水平,结果表明：蜂胶苗产生抗体时间较早,第7天后HI效价25.0,第20天效价显著上升达29.25以上,第30天达到最高峰,可达211.0,60-120 d均可维持在27.0-25.5水平,到第180天时抗体水平面略有下降为25.25,蜂胶苗分别在免疫后4个月、6个月用兔出血症强毒攻击均产生100%保护,在6个月用2个MLD的兔巴氏杆菌攻击保护率可达70%以上,二联苗4-8℃条件下保存期暂定为1年,25℃条件下暂定为半年。1 mL bicombinant propolis inactivated vaccine made by combined of RHD and Pm was used to immunize rabbits,immune protection rate against RHD was 100% on the 5th day after vaccination,immune protection rate against Pm was 72.5% on the 7th day after vaccination,to supervise the level of RHDV through HI method.The results showed that the propolis can produce antibody against RHD in early days and antibody effect level can reach level 25.0 on the 7th day,which can reach very high level（29.25） on the 20th day,which can reach peak level（211.0） on the 30th day,which can reach 27.0-25.5 at 60-120 days,on day 180 which was 25.25.Four months and six mouths after vaccination,the protection rate of the Bicombinant Propolis inactivated vaccine was 100% against rabbit haemorrhagic disease with injecting pathogen,more than 70% against pasteurellosis with 2 MLD of the pasteurlla multocida strain C51-17 on the 6th month.The Bicombinant Propolis inactiated vaccine can provide effective protection when it was stored at 4-8℃ for 12 months,at 25℃ for 6 months respectively.
