摘　　要：CDK5属于细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶(CDK)家族成员,在多种组织中表达,可对细胞的分化和凋亡起作用,也可以通过磷酸化不同的底物发挥多种生物学作用。本文就其特性和功能进行了综述。CDK5 is one of the members of cyclin-dependent kinase（CDK） family,which is expressed in many tissues.CDK5 can play a role in cell differentiation and apoptosis.CDK5 can also play a variety of different biological effects on the substrate by phosphorylation.In this paper,the characteristics and functions of CDK5 were overviewed.
