摘　　要：本文简述了CM8804的原理、特点及主要用途,介绍了其设计特点,并对研制过程作了分析总结,对器件进行了综合评价。The principle,characteristics and the design features of a CMS804 8×4 analog switch as well as its major applications are described in this paper. Some problems in the development of the device are analyzed and an evaluation of the device is made.
