摘 要:针对长江三峡梯级水库长期优化调度问题,建立了考虑多个生态要素的水库群优化调度模型,深入探讨了面向生态的流域梯级电站调度需要考虑的相关要素,并结合三峡梯级水利枢纽工程的实际生态环境状况,提出了7组满足生态时空需求的水库调度方案,建立了以梯级水电站发电效益最大为目标,以生态方案为约束条件的长期优化调度模型,并引入PSO优化算法进行求解,最后结合水库出流过程与天然径流的定量关系给出了调度效果的评价方法.The ecological reservoir operation is an operation method which can achieve the ecological and environmental objectives on the premise of the Three Gorges social and economic benefits. The related elements that should be considered ecological reservoir operation were discussed based on the practical ecological conditions of the Three Gorges cascade hydropower stations. 7 set of reservoir operation scheme which can meet the ecological demand were proposed. Then a long-term optimal operation model was established, which is to maximize the total output of power generation of the reservoirs as the objective subject of the ecological scenarios, and it was solved by using particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Lastly an evaluation method of operation effectiveness combined with the relation between discharge processes and the natural flow was given and the result has certain practical value.
