门冬胰岛素30治疗老年糖尿病患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察比较门冬胰岛素30治疗血糖控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组（门冬胰岛素30组）和对照组（预混人胰岛素30R组）各30例，进行为期12周观察，比较两组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlC）及低血糖发生情况。结果：两组治疗后均有效降低血糖（P〈0．05），治疗组低血糖发生率明显小于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：在老年2型糖尿病患者，门冬胰岛素30降糖效果显著，并有安全性高、使用方便、有效的优点。Objective：Observed and compared the clinical record of insulin aspart 30 in senior type 2 diabetes patients Methods： Random divided 60 type 2 diabetes patients into treatment group （insulin aspart 30 group） and control group （pre-mixed human insulin 30R group）,30 patients in each group. Then observed for 12 weeks to compare the Fasting blood glucose （FBG）,2h postprandial blood glu- cose（2h PG）,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlC） and the incidence of low blood sugar Result：After prescription, both of the groups reduced blood sugar effectively （P〈0.05）, treatment group was significantly lower than control group in The incidence of low blood sugar（P〈0.05 ） Conclusions：insulin aspart 30 significantly reduce blood sugar and have effective advantages of safe and easy to use for senior patients with type 2 diabetes.
