非气腹后腹腔镜与气腹后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术护理研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨非气腹后腹腔镜与气腹后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的临床护理特点，以提高护理T作的效率和质量。方法：将64例肾囊肿病员随机分成两组，比较非气腹（n=32）与CO2气腹（n=32）后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的术后体温、镇痛药使用、皮下气肿、腹部切口并发症、心律失常等方面，并做对比分析。结果：非气腹组与气腹组相比较，镇痛药使用、皮下气肿、心律失常P〈0．05为2组间存在显著差异；腹部切口并发症、术后体温P〉0．05无明显差异性。结论：非气腹组镇痛药使用、皮下气肿、心律失常方面存在显著优越性，对提高护理工作效率和质量有着重要的意义。非气腹后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术与气腹后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术手术的护理比较有较大优势。Objective To investigate the gasless laparoscopy and pneumoperitoneum after laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst characteristics of clinical care to improve the efficiency mad quality of care.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups of renal cysts patient compared gasless （n=32） and CO2 pneumoperitoneum （n=32） after laparoscopie unroofing of renal cysts postoperative body temperature, analgesic use, subcutaneous emphysema , abdominal wound complications, arrhythmia, etc., and do comparative analysis.The results Gasless group of analgesic use, emphysema, there are significant advantages of arrhythmia, to improve the efficiency and quality of care is significant. Gasless laparoscopic renal cyst after laparoscopic surgery with pneumoperitoneum in renal cyst surgery care and have a greater comparative advantage.
