电针配合艾灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛56例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察电针配合艾灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法：分为治疗组（电针艾灸组）和对照组（药物组），进行对照观察。结果：治疗组有效率为100％，对照组有效率为85．7％，两组之间差异有显著意义（P〈0．05），均有统计学意义。结论：电针配合艾灸在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面，其临床疗效明显优于常规药物组，方法简单，易于掌握，临床疗效显著。Aim： to observe the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the patients with post herpetic neuralgia （PHN） of herpes zoster..Methods：56 patients were derided in two group randomly：the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group accepted the treatment of the electro-acupuncture combined with moxibustion,,while the control group taking drugs. Results：the effective rate of ：the treatment group is 100%,while the control group 85.7%,there is statistical significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion： the clinical effect of the treatment of electro-acupuncture combined with moxibusfion is better than the treatment of taking drugs ,and it can be worked and controlled easily.
