益智仁水提物的镇静催眠作用及对大鼠学习记忆影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察益智仁水提物的镇静催眠作用及对大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法：用自主活动计数器记录给药后小鼠的自主活动及本品与戊巴比妥钠合用对小鼠睡眠时间的影响，采用东莨菪碱造模，观察服用益智仁水提物的实验大鼠的学习记忆能力。结果：益智仁水提物能抑制小鼠的自发活动，与镇静药戊巴比妥钠有协同作用。益智仁水提物降低大鼠脑中胆碱酯酶含量，Y迷宫行为实验各组大鼠达标所需的训练次数减少。结论：益智仁水提物有一定的镇静安眠及对学习记忆改善的作用。Objective： To study the effect of the water extracts of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. on sedative and impove learning in mice. Methods： Tests of independence activity and sodium pentobarbital-induecd sleep were employed. The learning and memory ability of mice was performed in Y-maze. Results： The extract could reduce the number of independence activities of mice, obviously increase the number of mice falling asleep and sleep time ,compared with those of negative group. After administrated with extract of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq, mice made less mistakes in Y-maze. Conclusion： The water extract of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. has obvious sedative and it plays a role in ameliorating scopolamine induced learning and memory impairments.
