高尿酸血症与代谢性因素的相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨豫东地区部分中老年人血尿酸与血压，血脂，空腹血糖，肌酐等代谢因素的关系。方法选取2009年8月－2011年1月于我院心内科住院的662名中老年人，用统一方法测定血压（BP），身高（H），体重（BW），腰围（WC），臀围（HC），血尿酸（UA），血脂，空腹血糖（FPG），肌酐（CREA），对相关因素进行统计分析。结果豫东地区中老年人群高尿酸血症患病率32．3％，高尿酸血症组收缩压（sBP）、FPG、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、CREA、腰臀比（WHR）明显高于正常尿酸组，logistic回归分析显示FPG、TG、CREA、WHR是中老年高尿酸血症的危险因素。结论中老年人群高尿酸血症与代谢性因素关系密切。purpose To investigate the correlation of hyperuricemia and metabolic factors such as blood pressure, blood fat,blood glucose, creatinine,et al in middle-aged and elder people in east henan province.Metheds Select 662 patients be in hospital in department of cardiology in the first hospital of shangqiu city from Aug2009 to Jan2011,evaluate the level of blood pressure（BP）,height（H）,body weight （BW）,waist circumference（WC）,hip circumference（HC）,blood fat,blood glucose（FPG）,creatinine（CREA） by unified method,and related fac- tors were analyzed statistically.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia （HUA） in middle-aged and elder people in east henan province was 32.3%,systolic blood Pressnre（SBP）,FPG,Fb, triglyceride（TG）, high-density lipoprotein ebolesterol（HDL-C）,CREA, waist-to-bipratiu （WHR） in group of HUA were significantly higher than the normal uric one, logistic regression analysis results suggested that FPG,TG, CREA,WHR were independent risk factors in in middle-aged and elder people with HUA.Conclusions Metabolic factors is cotrelated to HUA in middle-aged and elder people.
