不同复温方式对新生儿硬肿症体温恢复的影响

摘　　要：为探讨新生儿硬肿症安全有效的复温方式，将６０ 例硬肿症新生儿随机分成两组，实验组采用快速方法复温：对照组采用传统的方法复温。结果显示：实验组体温恢复时间分别为：７８２ ±２２１ｈ 和１３７３ ±２２２ｈ ；对照组分别为１０５７ ±１７９ｈ 和１５７９ ±２６４ｈ 。各组间均值经统计学处理有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 。说明快速复温安全有效，有利于中度以上硬肿症患儿病情恢复。Objective:To find the safe and effective method of body temperature restoration in newborns with scleroderma.Method:60 cases of newborn with scleroderma were divided into two groups.Fast method of body temperature restoration was used in groupsⅠ,the traditional method was used in the group Ⅱ.Results:The time of body temperature recovering was 7 82±2 21hr and 13 73±2 22hr in groupⅠ respectively.In group Ⅱ,it was 10 57±1 39hr and 15 79±2 64hr respectively.There was a great difference in group Ⅰ and in group Ⅱ( t=3 54 P<0 01 ).Conclution:It was safe and effective to restore the body temperature of newborn scleroderma by fast method.
