摘 要:对26 例小剂量受照人员受照26 - 31 年后,血清 Ig G、 Ig A 和 Ig M 的变化,淋巴细胞转化率, C D4 、 C D8 和 N K 细胞阳性率进行了分析。结果表明,受照组体液免疫功能变化与对照组没有明显差异; C D4 、 C D8 和 N K 细胞阳性率明显低于对照组,而 C D4/ C D8 细胞比值明显高于对照组;淋巴细胞转化率亦低于对照组,差异接近显著。提示小剂量照射对机体细胞免疫功能具有一定的抑制作用。The content of serum IgG、IgA and IgM, T Lymphocyte transformlation rate, and the positive rate of CD\-4、CD\-8 and NK cell were performed in 26 cases exposed low dose radiation in 1966 and in 1971. The results indicated that the contents of serum IgG、IgA and IgM in the irradiated group were not more different than that in control (P>0.05); the positive rates of CD\-4、CD\-8 and NK cell were significantly lower (P<0.05, P<0.01), the value of CD\-4/CD\-8 was much higher (P<0.01), the lymphocyte transformlation rate was lower (0.05<P<0.01) in irradiared group than in control. It is suggested the low dose radiation can inhibit the cellular immune responses of the irradiated persons.
