复方锗_(132)乳膏的研制与临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：以锗１ ３ ２ 等为主要成分配成乳膏，以治疗色素障碍性皮肤病。方法：用胶束增溶分光光度法测定有机锗乳膏 Ｇｅ１ ３ ２ 的含量，所建方法的线性范围为０ ．０８ ～０ ．８ μｇ／ ｍｌ，锗１ ３ ２ 的平均回收率为９９ ．３０ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ＝ １ ．４６ ％（ ｎ ＝ ５） ；并观察临床疗效。结果：所得乳膏无刺激性，质量可控，经临床使用有效率达９５ ．５ ％ 。结论：复方锗１ ３ ２ 乳膏不仅可治疗色素障碍性皮肤病，且有治疗冻疮、保护皮肤和防晒等功效。OBJECTIVE:The cream which were composed of organic germanium(Ge 132 ),treated dermatosis,pigmented disturbance.METHODS:The cream of Ge 132 (or GeO 2)was examined by micellar solubilzing spectrophotometry.Linearity was in range of 0.08～0.80 μg/ml.Average recovery of germanium was 99.3%,RSD=1.46%( n =5),and clinical effects was studied.RESULTS:The quality of the cream can be controlled,it's irritation was not observed and the overall clinical effective rate was 95.5%.CONCLUSION:The functions of this cream are not only against dermatitis and pigmented disturbance,but also against chiblain and the sun etc.
