摘　　要：目的：探讨影响透明胶带法检查面部蠕形螨的因素。方法：将透明胶带粘贴于人体面部皮肤，经一定时间后揭下胶带镜检。结果：检螨结果与胶带的粘性、粘贴的部位、面积和时间密切相关。此外，胶带加石蜡油后检查可大大很高检螨率和检查速度。结论：采用2条胶带分别粘贴于鼻和额（或颏）部皮肤4～8h后，揭下加石蜡油查螨效果较好。Objective: To explore some foctors influenced by the effect of examining vermiform mites on human faces with cellophanes. Methods: Cellophanes were pasted on human faces for ceitain time and then they were torn off for microscopic examination. Results: The results of the mite examination were closely correlated with the viscidity of cellophanes, focation pasted, area and time. Moreover,both the rate of mite examination and speed increased significantly after paraffin oil was added on cellophanes. Conclusion: It is much better to paste 2 patches of cellophanes on one's nose, forehead or mentum, respectively, for 4-8 hours, and then tear them of for microscopic examination.
