摘　　要：新安江是杭州至千岛湖的水上通道和旅游西进的关键。为形成一条完整的、以自然资源为品牌的杭州钱塘江至淳安千岛湖水上旅游链,经实地踏勘和详细分析,进行概念性规划与设计,以打通杭千水上通道,实现杭州旅游西进。这种基于旅游资源链的规划设计理念将使杭州沿江旅游业态、建筑景观融为一套完整体系,形成个性化的文化景观。Xin＇an River is a major waterway of Hangzhou to the Thousand Island Lake and the key to the westward development of Hangzhou Tourism. Based on the field reconnaissance and detailed analysis of the line of the hydrological system and landscape sequence, the design is committed to forming a water-related tourism chain that completely takes ＂natural resource＂ as the unique brand. The goal is to open up the water channel of Hangzhou to the Thousand Island Lake, to achieve westward development of Hangzhou Tourism. The advanced planning and design concepts of tourism chain make an integrated system including travel industry, architecture and cultural landscape.
