摘　　要：历史建筑是体现城市历史文化发展的生动载体,是城市风貌特色的具体体现,是不可再生的宝贵文化资源,是城市历史文化遗产保护工作的重要组成部分。结合常州历史建筑修缮技术导则的研究,试从历史建筑的概念、保护原则、分类及修缮程序、修缮技术导则和保护策略等方面探讨历史建筑的保护。Embodying the city＇ s historical and cultural development and reflecting the urban view features concretely, historical buildings are precious resources that cannot regenerate and constitute an important part of urban historical and cultural heritage protection. With Changzhou Historical Building Restoration Technique Guide as an example, the paper tries to analyze the protection of historical buildings from facets of historical building concepts, protection doctrines, restoration technique guide and protection measures, etc.
