摘　　要：十多年来,国内诸多研究机构和学者对中国居民财富的测算进行了有益的探索。本文在此基础上采用官方发布的数据信息,基于各类资产所具有的特征对居民资产的各个组成部分进行估算,最终得到2001-2009年居民财富序列。在对序列进行描述性统计分析后结果显示,我国居民财富总量增长迅速,同时居民资产在结构方面还存在着很多不合理因素,最后提出优化居民资产结构以及促进居民财富向消费转化的政策建议。Some studies about the estimation of resident wealth have been carried out by many research institutions and scholars in China for the past ten years.And the 2001-2009 wealth sequence of the residents can be got by considering the characteristics of various kinds of assets with official data information in this paper.According to the results made by the descriptive statistical analysis for the wealth sequence,the residents wealth appears to a rapid growth and the assets structure is unreasonable.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions to optimum residents assets structure and promote the transformation of residents wealth to the consumption.
