摘　　要：目的探讨血透患者干体重的影响因素。方法分析在我院进行维持性血液透析治疗的82例患者干体重的影响因素。结果 82例患者中54例患者达到干体重要求,28例未达到,影响干体重的因素有患者的饮食情况、体重变化情况、气温变化、患者衣物变化以及患者的尿量等。结论 在治疗中要充分考虑影响干体重的因素并合理设置干体重,可以更准确地指导患者的透析,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To study and discuss the influencing factors for dry weight in patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods The influencing factors for dry weight in 82 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in this hospital were analyzed.Results Among 82 patients,54 of them achieved their required dry weight,28 did not achieve,and factors affecting the dry weight were dietary status of patients,changes in body weight and climate,clothing of patients,amount of urine in patients etc.Conclusion Factors affecting dry weight and establishment of a reasonable set of dry weight should be fully considered in treatment of these patients in order to more accurately guide their hemodialysis,thereby the quality of life of these patients can be improved.
