摘 要:对湖南烟区上、中、下3个部位烤烟样本按高、低焦油释放量进行分组,分析了不同烤烟焦油释放量组别的烟叶化学成分差异。结果表明:高焦油组烟叶烟碱含量显著高于低焦油组;高焦油组烟叶钾含量显著低于低焦油组;高焦油组烟叶糖碱比值、氮碱比值、钾氯比值的平均值比低焦油组高,但差异不显著;高低焦油组烟叶总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯含量及两糖比值的差值规律不明显。Differences in chemical components with different tar delivery groups(high and low tar)were analyzed with data from flue-cured tobacco samples of 3 stalk positions(upper,middle and lower leaf) from Hunan tobacco-growing areas.Results showed that nicotine content of high tar group was significantly higher than that of low tar group.Potassium content of high tar group was significantly lower than that of low tar group.Average values of total sugar to nicotine ratio,total nitrogen to nicotine ratio and potassium to chlorine ratio in high tar group were higher than those in low tar group though their differences were not statistical significant.The regularity of the average values of total sugar content,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,chlorine,and total sugar to reducing sugar ratio in high tar group were not clear.
