摘　　要：本文介绍了可广泛用于IC电路设计的线性IC电路模拟系统。主要叙述了电路模拟软件实用功能设计,新的器件模型的建立;叙述了把电路模拟与实际工艺结合起来的参数提取程序的设计。A practical linear IC's simulation system is presented,which can be widely used in integrated circuits design. Details are given for the practical function design using the circuit simulation software, and new devices modeling. The design of parameter extraction program based on the circuits simulation combined with practical technology is also introduced.
