摘　　要：鸭传染性浆膜炎和鸭大肠杆菌病是目前危害养鸭业的主要传染病,两者易混合感染。2010年6月商丘某鸳鸯鸭养殖场暴发疫情,通过流行病学、临床诊断和实验室检测,确诊为鸭传染性浆膜炎和鸭大肠杆菌病混合感染。根据药敏试验结果和临床实际用药情况,采取综合防治措施,疫情得到有效控制。同时分析了该类疫病产生耐药性的因素,为其防制提供较好的理论依据。Infectious serositis and colibacillosis of duck are principal infection diseases to harm duck industry at present and often occurred mixed infection.In June 2010,an epidemic disease broke out in a Mandarin duck farm in Shangqiu city.It was diagnosed as mixed infection of infectious serositis and colibacillosis by epidemiology investigation,clinical symptoms observation,pathological anatomy and laboratory diagnosis.Then the epidemic situation had been effectively controlled by the integrated prevention measures on the basis of susceptibility test and clinical treat results.Moreover,resistance factors of the pathogen were evaluated.
