摘　　要：目的探讨胸腰椎骨折采用AF内固定系统的效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2010年9月56例在临湘市人民医院采用AF内固定系统治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果治疗后,患者神经功能、椎体前后缘高度和Cllb角均有明显改善。术中无死亡病例,其中有1例断钉,2例发生感染,经处理后均得到有效的纠正。结论 AF内固定系统操作简便,定位准确,固定牢靠等优点,只有加强手术操作技术,可为胸腰椎骨折的理想选择。Objective To investigate the thoracic and lumbar fracture fixation system with AF efficacy and safety.Methods A retrospective analysis in June 2008 to 2010 on Sept.56 patients with AF in People′s Hospital of Linxiang system in the treatment of internal fixation of thoracolumbar fracture patients with clinical data.Results After treatment,patients with nerve function,before and after the margin of vertebral body height and Cllb′s angle showed significant improvement.There were no deaths,including 1 case of breakage,2 cases of infection were treated effectively corrected.Conclusion AF fixation system is simple,accurate positioning;stable fixation,and so on,only strengthens the operative techniques,for the ideal choice for thoracolumbar fractures.
