经腹联合经会阴超声对前置胎盘的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹联合经会阴超声对中晚期妊娠前置胎盘的诊断价值。方法收集柳州市人民医院产科经分娩证实前置胎盘的患者52例,回顾分析结经腹和经会阴两种检查途径的结果,探讨联合两种检查方法对前置胎盘的诊断价值。结果 52例前置胎盘患者均在柳州市人民医院经产时确诊,经腹超声诊断者为45例,漏诊4例,误诊3例,诊断符合率为87%,联合经会阴超声检查后,其中5例得以纠正,另外2例侧壁前置胎盘仍被漏诊,经腹联合经会阴超声检查符合率提高到96.2%。结论经会阴检查与经腹检查联合能提高显示满意率,且方法简便,容易普及。Objective To study the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transperineal ultrasonography（TAUS,TPUS） in placenta previa.Methods 52 cases patients with placenta previa were retrospectively studied.The results of TAUS and TPUS were analysed.Results 52 cases of placenta previa patients in People′s Hospital of Liuzhou were diagnosed in parturition,the diagnosis of 45 cases were confirmed by ultrasound,four cases were missed,three cases were misdiagnosed,diagnostic rate was 87%,five cases were corrected after TPUS combined with TAUS,two cases were still missed,TAUS diagnostic rate of placenta previa was advanced to 96.2%.Conclusions TAUS shows unique superiority and can improve the content rate when combined with TPUS.
