摘　　要：目的建立浓维磷糖浆中总磷量的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为720 nm。结果线性结果良好(r2=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.67%,RSD为0.6%。结论紫外-可见分光光度法可以用于浓维磷糖浆中总磷量的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of total phosphate radical in concentrated divitamins and sodium phosphate syrup.Methods The absorption of the sample at wavelength 720 nm was analyzed.The calibration curve of total phosphate radical was linear（r2=0.999 8）.The average recovery rate was 99.67%,RSD=0.6%.Conclusion The method can be used for the content determination of total phosphate radical in concentrated divitamins and sodium phosphate syrup.
