摘　　要：煤炭资源的资产评估需考虑地质、技术、经济及社会因素等,煤炭资源采矿权价格的影响因素在此基础上需进一步考虑煤炭资源自身稀缺性、社会供求关系及交易市场情况、技术进步及国家经济政策等。资产价格评估易产生争议,对煤炭资源资产评估中需全面考虑可能面临的风险,进一步提升对采矿权价格评估的科学性。China is a big country of coal production and consumption.There are many factors should be considered during the process of evaluating coal resources,and it also need forecast the potential benefits value of coal resources.The geological,technical,economic and social factors etc.,should be considered of evaluating coal resources.Further,the scarcity of coal resources,social supply and demand and market conditions,technological process and national economic policies factors are also very important for evaluating prices of mining rights.In addition,it needs to account the full risks of asset evaluation of coal resources in order to evaluate the prices of mining rights scientifically.
