摘 要:应用取样光纤光栅滤波、近红外光谱和改进的差分吸收检测技术,实现了对甲烷气体等距分布的多条近红外吸收线的同时测量,完善了差分吸收技术应用于弱气体检测的理论。分析了差分吸收检测的基本原理,并结合光源强度调制技术,建立甲烷检测的数学模型。实验结果表明该检测系统性能稳定、灵敏度高,适于检测甲烷。The multiterm absorption lines of near-infrared equally spaced position for methane gas were detected simultaneously by sampled fiber grating filtering,nearinfrared spectrum and modified differential absorption,and the method completed application of differential absorption technique on weak gas detection theory.The basic principle of differential absorption detection was analysed.Then the mathematic model of methane detection was built up based on differential absorption detection combined with intensity modulation of light source.The experimental results show that the detection system has a steady performance and high sensitivity,that fit for detecting methane.
