近红外光谱测定玉米蛋白质含量校正模型的建立

摘　　要：以玉米粉末样品为研究对象,探讨了光谱散射预处理和数学预处理因素对建模效果的影响。结果表明采用一阶导数+SNV+Mean Center建立粗蛋白含量的校正模型效果最佳。The model of determining the content of crude protein in maize was built.The influences of spectrum scatter pretreatment and mathematics pretreatment on the model were studied.The results showed that the best factors were first derivative ＋SNV＋Mean Center.
