顶空气相色谱法测定养血清脑颗粒中的乙醇残留

摘　　要：以正丙醇作为内标,顶空气相色谱法定量检测养血清脑颗粒中有机溶剂乙醇的残留量。色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX(30m×0.25mm×0.5μm),FID检测器,载气为氮气。结果表明待测物在0.05—2μL.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.7%,检出限为0.004μL.mL-1。本方法快速,可靠,准确,可用于养血清脑颗粒中乙醇残留的质量控制。The residual solvent（ethanol）in yangxue qingnao granula was determined by headspace gas chromatography with n-propanol as the internal standard on HP-INNOWAX column（30m×0.25mm×0.5μm） with an FID detector,and carried gas of nitrogen.The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05—2μL·mL-1 with r of 0.9999.The average recovery was 101.7%,and the detection limit was 0.004μL·mL-1.This method is rapid,accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of residual solvents（ethanol） in yangxue qingnao granula.
