摘  要:采用同位镀铋膜法修饰铂电极,用差分脉冲溶出伏安法对爆米花中痕量铅进行了测定,并优化了实验条件。在优化的实验条件下,分别对2.0×10-8—6.0×10-7mol/L和6.0×10-7—1.0×10-4mol/L的Pb2+进行了测定,Pb2+溶出峰电流与Pb2+浓度呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9964);富集时间为300s时,Pb2+的检出限为1×10-9mol/L。该方法测铅简便、灵敏度高、检出限低,且样品经简单消解后即可直接测定,无需复杂的富集分离过程。与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法比较,结果一致性较好,效果满意。Bismuth film modified platinum electrode was prepared by an in situ plating for determination of trace lead in the popcorn by differential pulse stripping voltammetry.A series of experimental conditions were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,there was a good linear relationship between electricity of stripping peak and concentration for Pb2+ with r≥0.9964 in the range of 2.0×10-8—6.0×10-7mol/L and 6.0×107—1.0×10-4mol/L,with preconcentration time of 300s,and detection limit was 1×10-9mol/L.This method is simple with high sensitivity,low detection limit,and sample can be detected directly after digestion without complex enrichment and separation.It was applied to determine trace lead in the popcorn with satisfactory results which was similar to those of GFAAS.
