涡旋齿高高效精密测量系统的开发及试验研究

摘  要:测量过程中安装定位倾角误差影响涡旋齿高测量精度,基于精密旋转平台开发了涡旋齿高高效精密测量系统,采用改进遗传算法计算出涡旋齿高定位倾角误差,并对测量结果进行补偿,补偿后对比试验结果表明:在保证测量精度和三坐标测量机基本一致的前提下,快速测量系统的总测量时间缩短为355 s,测量环境和测量速度能满足加工现场的测量要求。新测量系统通过进一步开发可用于涡旋齿高在线检测。The measuring accuracy of scroll height is influenced by installation and positioning slope error in the measuring process.A novel high-efficiency and precision measuring system had been developed based on a precision rotational platform.The installation and positioning slope error was calculated by improved genetic algorithm.Measurement results of new measuring system were compensated by slope error.The experimental results compared with coordinate measuring machine after compensation prove that the measuring accuracy of new measuring system is similar to that of coordinate measuring system.The total measurement time of new measuring system is shortened to 355 seconds.The measuring condition and speed can meet the requirement of on-line machining.The new measuring system can be used to on-line measuring for scroll compressors developed furtherly.
