户式中央空调工况对比试验研究

摘　　要：空调机组名义工况试验费时费工,达到稳定工况有时很困难。因此,通过常温试验反映机组主要性能指标就显得非常重要。空调机组名义工况试验结果和常温性能试验结果之间是存在对应关系的。针对新飞13.6 kW户式中央空调机组,通过大量常温性能试验和名义工况试验相对比,分析确定出常温试验条件下和名义工况试验条件下机组主要性能指标(制冷量、输入功率和能效比)之间的对应关系,对掌握空调机组性能、控制批生产质量起到了重要指导意义。The standard condition tests of the air-conditioning always take much time and works.Getting stable conditions is difficult sometimes.Thus it is very important to reflect the unit＇s main performances with common temperature tests.The common test results are corresponding to standard test results.Aiming at Xinfei 13.6 kW household central air-conditioning,the corresponding relations of the unit refrigeration performances between common temperature and standard condition are made by lots of tests.The study has important guide significance for controlling quality and guaranteeing performance.
