老年2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血清超敏C-反应蛋白的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患(T2DM)者者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与血清超敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)的相关性。方法选择64例老年T2DM患者,其中IMT增厚组34例和IMT正常组30例,另选取30名健康老年人作为对照组。采用免疫浊度法检测入选者HS-CRP水平,彩色超声多普勒测量颈动脉IMT,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果 T2DM组HS-CRP和IMT分别为(4.02±0.42)mg/L、(0.87±0.15)mm,明显高于对照组(3.07±0.38)mg/L和(0.66±0.13)mm,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。IMT增厚组HS-CRP为(4.16±0.33)mg/L明显高于IMT正常组(3.86±0.31)mg/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示与IMT呈正相关(r=0.358,P<0.05)。结论血清HS-CRP增高可能是老年T2DM患者早期动脉粥样硬化的危险因素之一。检测HS-CRP与IMT对及早发现糖尿病(DM)大血管病变有重要的临床意义。【Objective】 To explore the relationship between the carotic intimal-medial thickness（IMT） and high-sensitive C-reactive protein（HS-CRP） level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes（T2DM）.【Methods】 64 elderly patients with T2DM were divided into two groups according to IMT level： Normal IMT group and IMT increased group.30 healthy people were chosen as control.The level of HS-CRP was measured by immuno-nephelometry and IMT of the carotid artery was determined by color Doppler ultrasonography in 64 diabetics and 30 normal subjects.【Results】 The HS-CRP levels in patients with T2DM was higher than that in control group（P 0.05）.The CRP levels in IMT increased group was higher than that in the normal IMT group（P 0.05）.The analysis of correlation indicated that the level of HS-CRP had positive correlation with IMT.【Conclusions】 Elevated serum HS-CRP may be one of probable risk factors in the early atherosclerosis in the elderly patients with T2DM.HS-CRP and IMT play an important role in detection of the early stage of greater vascular disease in T2DM.
